Description: For our client, a company that designs, develops and supplies chemistry-based, enabling technologies to the global oil and gas industry, I am looking for a Sales Executive in Dubai. 
Sales Executive required as part of the Well Services team, to drive revenue and margin growth in the MENA region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sales Development
o Building sustainable relationships with new and existing customers
o Achieve sales targets as agreed in Annual & Quarterly budget targets
o Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market including technical, commercial and competitor developments
o Maintain regular customer contact visits
o Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
o Ensuring prompt delivery of materials on time to customer
o Organising the preparation and delivery of product samples
o Efficient business reporting of all financial data
o Active participation recording all relevant information customer information in our CRM system
o Identify clients future plans and products and services required to support these
o Using client information provide regular forecasts to sales team, finance and ops
o Identify and understand different decision makers and approval processes and key drivers within our clients and develop/ deliver sales strategy as appropriate

• Technology Drivers
o Develop a comprehensive understanding our products capabilities, well services activities and product applications
o Facilitate technical discussions, identifying customer challenges and matching these to our product and service capabilities
o Identify where product improvement and replacement can differentiate and increase our business

Skills, Education, Experience:
• Demonstrable successful sales and business development experience
• 2 Years’ experience in Well Service or oilfield production chemistry
• Ability to travel extensively
• Graduate level in Chemistry, Engineering or Business subjects
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills

• Second language, preferably Arabic

Key QHSE Responsibilities
Key QHSE responsibilities include:
• Be familiar with and adhere to Aubin QHSE and ABC Policy requirements
• Actively participate in the setting of KPI’s
• Actively participate in QHSE committees or meetings as required
• Prompt submission of NCR’s to support continual improvement of the company performance
